TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1) On check in to the Farmhouse, please present the reservation confirmation voucher along with valid photo ID or Passport, Photo PAN Card, Election Identity Card, Photo driving license, or any photo ID card issued by Central/State Government.
2) Check In Time Is 10.00 AM & Check Out Time Is 9:30AM (Night Stay)
3) Check In Time Is 10.00 AM & Check Out Time Is 6:30 PM (Day Visit/Picnic)
4) Guests should ensure that their room door is properly secured at all times. Farmhouse management cannot be held responsible if any personal items and valuables be left in the room.
5) The Management could request any guest to vacate his/her room and even to leave theFarmhouseifany instance of showingdisrespectable manner and causing any nuisance or annoyance takes place within the premises.
6) Room service can be provided with extra service charge.
7) Customer Support is available from 9 AM to 9 PM.
8) Guests are requested to observe, abide by, confirm to and be bound by all applicable acts, laws, Government rules and regulations in force from time to time.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
Cancellation Request received :
1) 7 days prior to arrival, refund @ 90% of total amount received.
2) 3-6 days prior to arrival, refund @ 75% of total amount received.
3) 1-2 days prior to arrival, refund @ 50% of total amount received.
4) 24 hours prior to arrival, NO REFUND will be admissible.
5) During the stay or on arrival, if part cancellations are requested, NO REFUNDwill be allowed.
6) Cancellation proceeds will be credited to guest's account within 7-10 working days.
